I'm gad to read your post about the importance of vitamin D. My level is low normal and my doctor doesn't think that's a problem. I will see a reumatologist for a second opinion. I buy vitamin D from here:

They sell 50,000IU. I have been taking 5,000 IU after reading info from the vitamin D council. They advise a much higher dose than the RDA. I plan to start Miracle-Mineral-Supplement soon also. I need to get some citric acid !
