I agree with you about the surgeries. I hear about people who've had gallbladder surgeries with follow-up complications. LF would be a better alternative.

The year before I ran into a situation where I feared that I would have to have surgery for an ascaris blockage problem. It scared me because nothing I took, herbs, prune juice, enemas, or whatever was not working. I had never had blockages and feared about ER surgery, because the danger that ascaris pose by bunching up. I contacted an ND who did a colonics on me 2-days in a row and turned around the situation from a potential disaster or deadly situation. Long story short... with the colonics/flush some ascaris were washed away.
