Ok, I'm going to be honest. I am very skeptical of this whole blood type thing. I don't have the book so I'm hoping maybe someone can enlighten me. How do they determine which foods to avoid and what exactly does that mean? What I mean is, what will it do to you if you eat it? I am blood type A negative and I looked through the food list and have a hard time believing some of the foods that are on there. Mostly the things that are raw like fruits, veggies, beans, grains and herbs. And it seems to contradict itself. For example, under beans it says to avoid kidney, navy and red but under grains it says Ezekiel bread is beneficial. How can it be beneficial if it contains all of the beans it says to avoid? I don't get it. There must be something more to this puzzle.
