my doctor just prescribed dmps 10 mgs to me and b12 spray. anyone have any side effects of 10 mgs of dmps?


TK--- This varies per person but you could split it and start with 5mg just to be extra cautious for a couple rounds. Make sure you use it every 8hr or more often for at least 3 days and nights.


i am waiting for my most recent hair test to come back and i've been waiting to built up my strength. but i can't seem to. my fatigue and brain fog and ringing in the right ear is awful. maybe i should just take the plunge?


TK--- I would suggest starting with 5mg and see what happens, many people do better when they are chelating.

TK-- B12 - if the spray doesn't do anything fairly quickly [use a lot] you may want to try injectable B12.
