I don't put anything on my lips. On the night before I exfoliate I put aloe vera gelly to moisturize and then I seal it in with Aquaphor. In the morning I just take a shower and the dead skin falls by itself. When I get some flakes thats when I use a toothbrush for exfoliate that but those flakes are very very small. I wanted to take L-Lysine but I'm kind of afraid that it might make it worse or something. My EC is very good at this moment. I don't even have a problem with my lips like they don't dry out and they only exfoliate when I put the Aquaphor on. The main problem right now is the small white slimy line. I use a toothbrush to remove that as well. I have noticed that if I breath threw my mouth that helps my EC, maybe you guys can try it!
