The stuff I've seen in my bm after flushing can also be alarming looking,
but I always think - "better out than in" I suspect from your description that a lot of the fleshy looking items are indeed flukes,or pieces of flukes ,many that exited me looked like garden slugs,or chunks of pineapple and have been flesh colored.

Are you actually physically feeling bad ,or are you more
worried about what you've seen ,or is it both?
If your not in pain ,you might want to wait a few days till after your menstrual
cycle is finished,and your whole elimination system calms down,before going to
a doctor - it might all just blow over by itself,and most doctors are bound to give you some quick fix like Antibiotics ,when it might not be necessary at all.
