hi anne,

i noticed in an older post you were taking
acetyl-l-carnitine. are you still taking it? how much?
i was thinking of taking it because i read on pg 68 it's
good for heart pain, which i get sometimes, but you mentioned
that it cleared your mind (something that i can REALLY use).
