i actually looked in my cupboard and found some ginseng in capsule form... I can't find on the internet some topical panax ginseng, which is used on diseases such as psoriasis, acne,scars , which are in a way similar to ex cheilitis. I'm going to look into making my own cream.. The ginseng i have has panax ginseng, the one that can regulate an overacting immune system response , e.g. skin on lips accelerated growth cycle.
