i am taking the multi that i was recommended to take:Life Extentions w/o copper.
i take flaxseed & my vitamin c. these vitamins have alot of stuff in them so i don't want to over do. i'm looking into taking addition b12 shots.
other than that...i am waiting for a hair test i just took yesterday to see the difference from one i took 7 months ago.
i really want to chelate...i don't think i'm strong enough, but i can't seem to go on like this. as far as this waxing and waining..this has been the worst for me as far as symtoms go. and the memory thing was enough to make me break out and cry..and ..cry.
i've read & read so much..i don't know if there is a favorite among everyone as far as dmsa or dmps. i can't handle side effects, way to weak. i would have to start really low and work up.
i think i'll just go to the doctor monday and ask for the prescribtion and do it.
