I used to be a victim to Acne but I'm not really sure with the connection of candida and acne. I use to get proactiv until that stopped working on my skin overall. Then i introduced my skin to pure oatmeal and a light moisterizer. NOTHING WITH OIL. I wash my face with oatmeal everyday for the past 5years and no acne! I even put olive oil or coconut oil on face with no problem and thats oil. You see, the oatmeal sucks up the dirt and the oil and its cheap. I get my oatmeal from the 99cent store

I even have my lil brother washing his face with oatmeal and his mild Acne bumps cleared up. So first try natural remedies first.
