I am 48 years old male 5 ft 9 inches and weigh 220 pounds or 100 Kilos
in your country,
I figure im about 60 pounds or 30 kilos over weight
I have been up and down on my weigh for over 30 years
its very tiring physically and mentally and I think most of the people
my age and older have the same problems I have.
How many happy old people do you know, not to many Im sure.
WHY--- mostly becase of there health- But Im sure you new that! I know if I dont make any changes now, Im heading in that direction.
I think Fasting is the miracle I have been looking for.
I have been very inpressed with your fast, its really your first time thats great!
Hopefully I can be as strong as you are!!
today is my first day and hopefully the beginning of a healthy long life.
