Actually, a lot of people tend to misread the Price group stuff as they have a few provocative articles that run counter to vegetarianism, among other topics. I did, too, until I started to look at them in more depth. Not all of their advice works for me, though.

What you are describing would be in line with something they would recommend. I personally eat meat about 5x week. I eat less in the summer with the availability of quality fruits, and more in the winter.
