Apple Cidar Vinager is also supposed to be an alkalizing drink - at least once it hits your stomache. Since Iodine is better absorbed with an alkeline PH, I drink a mix of water, iodine, apple cidar vinager, and trace minerals when doing my daily iodine. For simple alkelizing, some ACV diluted with water and honey will also do the trick (I personally just chug it without the honey).
