Hello Hatman,
I've just completed a 10 day Water Fast and I'm planning another!
This time I'm asking my husband to join me, which is a first for him. I'm a raw fooder and he's a Standard Aussie Diet type man.
We plan to go for 10 days on 27th December, after all the Christmas hype... would you like to join us?
Perhaps you could do a few 2 and 3 day fasts before that date..?
I love fasting for the complete freedom from the kitchen and the cleansing of my body like nothing else can..I almost can't wait.!
