I enjoy reading your posts. This one was one of the funniest I've read in a long time. Just as I was going um hm sounds really healthy all good for the liver - wham! The effects! lol.

Thanks so much. And, yes the cabbage thing was a surprise for me, but then my body has been craving it lately - I used to hate it - hm! Signs of a liver expecting and demanding to be healthy!
