i went to the health food store and got my supps.
today i started with:
vit C
magnesium citrate
flaxseed oil.

tomorrow i will add in the zinc & b-complex.

wanted to ask you..is flaxseed better than borage oil?
just wanted to know because the flaxseed makes me break out a little.
