It is a very confusing and frustrating argument when most leading health authorities advocate the use of distilled water!

In the end we must choose what we feel good about and what is most believable in our own minds. Perhaps one day there will be "enough" proof of what is really best, but until then we shall have to decide for ourselves, which water to drink.
