Be careful with these old time remedies, that includes TCM, they did not have the wood alcohol/benzene/petrol toxins/mercury we have today. Also the petrol fertilizer cycle has depleted sulfur from food and hundreds of other things.

If a lettuce leaf would kill pinworms then salads would be sold as meds...
