LOL....okay, okay..i know your answer..'no'. i'm not ready for the dmps.
i don't know why i'm feeling good off the supplements..but i guess i should start up
the old multi again (w/the copper)hope that doesn't throw me off.
i will do the 1:1 ratio with cal/mag..and start up the D & C vitamins.

i will keep a journal and see what this wierd cycle is that i go thru...hopefully one day it will just not come back.

no opinons on the milk thistle??

went to OBGYN today..she is thinking of giving me something for adrenal support.

we're getting there! thanx for all your support and letting me bother you..
