The foot cramps are also what I used to get all the time. I take Himalayan Sea Salt . I found this to be the best quality. Yes I do believe the extra water with the colonix is what caused it. Our water is so depleted of electrolytes. I usaually take my water with at least 1/8 to 1/4 tspn Himalayan Sea Salt . I did the colonix and it sounds like we are very similar in that area. I don't feel as good though taking the ACV on a long term basis. This is IMHO.
