Mine come in the way of dreams. I get crazy, wild dreams. How do you know that you have parasites? What kind of physical symptoms do you have?

I personally think it's healthy even if you're sick to just act like you're actually healthy from time to time just to take a break from detoxing, killing off the critters. Eat normal, don't take any herbs, etc... and then put down the hammer so to speak with serious detoxing.
