hi again...

this is a list of what's in the THORNE RESEARCH CITRAMIN II multi:
calcium (as calcium citrate) 300 mg
iodine (as potassium iodide) 120 mcg
magnesium (as magnesium citrate)270 mg
zinc (as zinc citrate)21 mg
selenium (as selenium citrate) 150 mcg
manganese (as chromium citrate) 6 mg
chromium (as chromium citrate)200 mcg
molybdenum (as molybdenum citrate) 90 mcg
potassium (as potassium citrate)90 mg
boron (as boron citrate)3 mg
vanadium (as vanadium citrate) 90 mcg

then on the bottom it says: may contain one or more of the following
hypoallergenic ingredients to fill space-leucine,silicon dioxide.


i have to take this 3 times a day..i haven't started it yet.


i really liked my older vitamin REVIVAL.
