the authors from the websites in your post have very little idea of what they are talking about.
Ketosis causing osteoporosis by leaching calcium from the bones?? my goodness whatever next!!
It also states that fasting is not an answer to obesity, which is why mainstream use it by wiring your jaws together so you cannot eat!!!!
It also states that fasting does result in weight loss (true) but the weight loss is mostly loss of fluids and muscle tissue!! Ahhh. Thats why when you reduce your body weight to the onset of starvation, you have only a virtual skeleton that is left, but you are still able to walk around. Admittedly there is some loss of muscle tissue, but that is likely to happen in the latter end of the fasting period, because the body is very discerning about using those tissues that are of least importance initially for fuel, and using what is left in chronological order of importance and necessity.
Ignorant authors I'm afraid.!!!!!!

I'm sorry I've got to have break for a moment because I'm too preoccupied with laughing.

The websites also confuse fasting with starving which are entirely different states of inanition.

Go to the experts who know what they are talking about, as they have many many years of experience with fasting in disease and health with only benefit to all.
