Thanks for sharing your information. i actually was reading Charlotte Gersons book today whilst doing the enema. I may try and start doing more juices throughout the day, and i do juice myself, i am always lugging in bags and bags of veges home. But in the future i wont have to so much, i am planting alot of fruit trees and just put in the first of three large vege gardens yesterday. I also was looking at the menu suggestions, like the potato with yogurt and garlic and chives etc, looked good. I am used to avoiding potatoes through reading Richard andersons's books, I mainly have salad wraps and brown rice with veges, but i need to expand the repetoire. I wish the enemas would work, I am feeling awful from doing it, and I'd done so many before, so i dont' think the type of coffee is what's the problem. I'm wondering if there is a large stone blocking, although i did a Liver Flush and even though there was only a small amount of chaff there was some, so i am stumped. i hope someone can point me in the right direction, as i do feel crap.
