Everything looks fine apart from msm and glutathione cream which are both sulphur compounds and best avoided.

Really though you could have an intolerance to any one of them as can be the case with many us so you wouldn't know if they suit you until you try them.

B12 shots are good.

You still need adrenal and thyroid support and without knowing whats in your multi possibly more minerals eg magnesium and antioxidants. Plus you still have copper as an issue.

Milk thistle is fine, so side effects.

No my brain has never throbbed as such, but I do get strange sensations and a 'tight band' feeling up there!
