hi again anne..

okay...i've read what you take-thanx.
let me show you a list of things my new doctor gave me..and you tell me what you think. these things have to be taken several times a day (yuck).
here if goes:

citrain ll (multi)
buffered vit C powder
flaxseed
msm
p5'p plus
tmg
vitamin d
zinc piccolinate
tmg & folic
b12 shots
glutiatione cream
folic acid

also, can i ask you..have you ever had the feeling like your brain is throbing?
i know it's weird..but i just started to get this symptom...agh!
