Hi Janey,

The supps I mentioned in my last two posts to you are the ones I take. As I've said before you need adrenal and thyroid support. Andy really emphasises this.

I normally take 16/17mg DMSA (never tried DMPS)
12.5mg ALA

I'm having a break from chelation as the last round I did was too difficult and getting my adrenals tested.

Chelation is a long term thing....you wont see major results at first but you'll notice some changes....maybe more energy, less brain fog. OR you could feel worse during a round....more brain fog, mood swings, feeling more tired.
