i was going over andy's book again (for the 100th time). kinda hard with the brain fog...i listed all the supplements he says to take...wow!
may i ask what you take off that list?

also (and i KNOW i musta asked a million times)(brain fog)...how much dmps/dmsa/ala do you take? i'm 5'3 & 126 lbs...and sensitive. how long till you
saw results?

ps..went to a DAM doctor..uh..she had andy's instructions kinda messed up.
good think i went thru the book again..she sold me a ton of vitamins.
