Planning on 40 days...today is 16. My husband is on day 7 of 10. It's been nice having him as company for a stretch in the middle. My primary reason for doing this is the cleansing, then spiritual, then weightloss. I'm a little disappointed at how slowly I am losing weight, considering the 80# over starting weight. I'm 214 today f/ 226. I know I should be happy, just seems like it's hard not to get fixated on this aspect of the cleanse. I will say this, though, I have more energy for my 3 small children than ever before. Thank God!! I can't live the way I was living...my husband and kids deserve better. I'll be watching for your posts.
