The person who wrote that article should read this book.

The Genie in your Genes, by "Dawson Church" It was recomended by Gary Craig of the EFT newsletter.

I am only about 25% through the book, but I think it's interesting and worth reading too.

In essence, the book is about how your genes change for the better, or worse in relation to your health depending on your external environment, and how you process the everyday changes, and stresses in your life. This starts with your childhood. A study was done on a group of children that found that children who lived in a dysfunctional families as a child later (50years avg) in life had more diseases than a child who had a normal nurtured childhood.

Best thing is you can make changes. Just getting to that part, but I can see they talk about energy healing. meditation, visualizations, electromagnetics, etc.
