anne, i'm so sorry i don't remember the supps you recommended...i'm sooo out of it.
let me tell you the supps i take and see if it's okay just to start:
multi,calcium 500,magnesium 250,vit D & C (2000)..i also started Aqua Flora for candida (even though i don't know for sure if i have it).

i don't understand why this horrible thing comes & goes with me (more often i'm sick).it's been a year since i've got the darn things out and yet it haunts me.

should i just go get some DMSA (don't know how much?very low to start)?
will i get some relief from it soon?
my right kidney hurts too.
i have been drinking water with the Sea Salt ..last nite i was up all nite,terrified
i wouldn't wake up - that's how weak i was..
