Last night I completed my 5th liver flush after spending a couple of weeks taking copious malic acid supplements with water. It went pretty smoothly. Barely even noticed movement. Also my girlfriend came back late about 12am and we had some fun despite the flush I was doing. Probably not the wisest thing to do while doing a flush but I was lieing down the whole time :-P. It's a wonder in the morning it took until 10:30am after eating an apple before I saw some of the flush results. I fair few solid stones came out almost 2 inches long and 1 inch thick.
