hi, glad to help a bit. as i said, first thing was finding out exactly what was wrong. i had several months of terrible days and nights and not a clue what it was, although i was desperately trying to find out. as far as the test, you order it online. you're in africa so it will take a little longer and maybe be slightly more $, but it will be worth it. i went with clymer healing center. look them up online and order the asi kit. they send you that and you do the test yourself over 24 hours, then send it to a lab in washington state. then they send the results to your doctor, and you also can talk to them about it. they sent me a book that was very helpful in understanding what i ws going through and what i needed to do. one of the best things too, was from clymer center, i ordered a product called miladregen. it's basically adrenal gland(i think from cows or sheep), which is like food for the adrenals, vitamin c, b6, pantothenic acid, and zinc. i also take pregnenolone 10 mg. also, isocort is very good. it is pure cortisol, in a very small pill. what it does is it supports the output of cortisol that the adrenal gland is lacking, but without giving too much, because the adrenals would stop producing at all if they are given too much cortisol from another source. other than that it's about resting. being in bed by 10 or so, and sleeping till 8 or 9. apparently the adrenals like to repair between 11 and 1 pm. also, no sugar, or caffiene, they will hurt the adrenals. and maybe the most important is reducing stress. which is tuff, because, i felt like the only thing really stressing me out was the crappy, frightful way my boday and mind felt, and yet i couldn't stop it. well, like i said, i am so much better now, but stil aways to go. but now, i am hopeful, and getting there. the test will tell you exactly where your adrenal function is at, and how to best address it. other people have mentioned other places for the test, if you want to shop around. i don't know if isocort, or pregnenolone are for you, but you can probably find an adrenal galndular at a good health food store, and that should help. i just found out about maca powder, and thin i am going to start taking that. let me know how things are going, d
