Speaking of detoxing the body, I've had some success with some simple, cheap and basic things like activated charcoal, and milk thistle. I know some people prefer one or the other, but both of them together have helped me quite considerably over the past few weeks.

Oh, Tasha. On the subject of liver flushes, does the regime you outlined above use fresh squeezed OJ, or will any organic store-bought OJ do?
