I mean that pretty well says it all and we have beat this horse for a long time.

Herbal supplements are for everyone who does not eat raw fruit diet, which pretty well covers us all by age 50. Those wishing to use herbs as medicines, needs to study Dr. John R. Christopher's works/books and his herbal formulas do work well as drug replacements, but his premature death pretty well proves as history has, that herbs alone are no solution. It is as BOOK I states as FACT, it is the DIET! Book I was written by a man that was old enough he had no desire to sell anything, his book has no gimmicks to push and soon I will show far advanced books based on the same theories and the best author I know of, was a personal buddy of the author of BOOK I; only he took it a step further and decided tpo turn himself into superman and he did agreat job of doing it in his 70's.
