I just found another brand of 10ppm that says "adults: take no more than 2 teaspons per day for no more than 10 days.  Not intended for continuous use."

And then the website of the brand I bought says "Take 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon once every 20 minutes for up to 24 hours on an empty stomach."

I like that second dosage schedule better, because gargling with 1 teaspoon every 20 minutes is making my throat feel better.  Altho it might just be the gargling itself and have nothing to do with the C.S.  I should try gargling with 1 tsp of plain water for comparison.

Anyway, it's odd that two (seemingly) identical products would have such differing dosing schedules.

Oh, and why does every website/instruction sheet say to only take it on an empty stomach?  And then it says wait 4 hours after a meal before resuming dosages to allow your stomach to empty.  I've been putting off my breakfast for a while now so I can keep using C.S. on my empty stomach.
