Hey jones,

Since you don't do well with enemas have you ever done a salt water flush?

It is great at cleaning out the digestive system. It cleans the entire system not just our colon. It would help if you were home near the bathroom for an hour or so after drinking the salt water.

Two teaspoons of sea salt (that's two TEASPOONS not tablespoons, you may read in places on curezone to use tablespoons but that isn't correct) mixed into 32 ounces of warm water. (Sometimes I've heated my water sometimes it is just room temperature). Then you drink it all at once, in one sitting. In about an hour you will need to go to the bathroom. It works great.
