I am on week 2 and wow!!! I have never had gas and bloating this bad In fact I left work early yesterday because I was so bloated and had terrible stomach cramps. I do not do well with enemas so I came home and did a dose of Colosan to get some relief. I am drinking a ton of water 10-12 glasses daily which is helping to keep things moving along. So TGIF! at least I can be bloated at home for the weekend where I can deal with it better and not have to be at work.
