No selenium isn't a true chelator though it's a good question as if when selenium is excreted from the body, why wouldn't it take some the mercury bound to it out with it?
It does render mercury harmless within the body but not permanently apparently. Here's one of Andy's posts.....

Hi WG, I take mag citrate (alternate between citrate and taurate) though I can't imagine that taking citrate minerals has a significant effect on chelation as I've never heard it emphasised that you really should take it to help move chelation along, by Andy or anyone else.

Re sweating, I read that it only gets rid of extracellular mercury. I don't know what form that is (both presumably?).
I would have thought sweating during a round is a good idea as it would increase the amount of mercury being excreted as more is circulating. Though I felt a bit weird after my sauna last week I remember later on I did feel some temporary mild improvement (cognitively) afterwards which was interesting. I was in the middle of a round.
