I've just been reading the book which my partner bought me (knowing I'm obsessed with health issues) to find type A's should eat soya for protein. Soya milk alone gives me terrible phlegm, much worse than dairy (which by chance I hardly eat now). And beans/lentils don't agree with me either. Meat has never knowingly been a problem. What do I do?
