I have the usual hypothyroid and hypoadrenal symptoms....not being able to cope with much mental or physical stress, ....depression, sluggish digestion, hypoglycaemia, dry skin, poor intellect, inability to think etc sometimes hyper but mostly listlessness.

I think you're right about keeping the intestines clean. I'm taking triphala and strong probiotics which are helping.
