What makes you think it dumped the mercury into your endocrine glands? I'm unaware of how this might be possible.

Mercury build-up in the liver is a concern. I think the best response to this is either occasional full flushes or frequent partial flushes and/or liver support with supplements like Liv.52, Planetary Formulas Bupleurum Liver Cleanse, milk thistle, artichoke, and cholagogues like chicory root and turmeric.
