hmm. thats weird that some cases resolved spontaeously and some did with increased oral hygine. i definitely make an effort to brush my teeth regularly, but i am sometimes discouraged because i know it will aggrivate the skin. i also agree that i have been more preoccupied with it since i have been on these forums. however, it is comforting to know that there are others out there struggling with it.
