It is certainly important to listen to your body, and use intuition, and it sounds as though you are doing a good job of it already.

Even if you are not ready to make dietary changes, you can still benefit from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ... just keep it at low doses and stay at those low doses. Then, if eventually you do feel like phasing some things out, you may decide to increase the dosage for a while.

You have done so many cool and exciting therapies, and I think that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will benefit you as an additional "weapon" as long as you do it slow and steady.
