Hi. I just recently ordered a bottle of oxypowder, about two months ago and it worked well for me. I suffer from constipation, I always have. But I was tired of taking laxatives that did nothing but 'just get me by'. Which is what my doctors always prescribed to me. I didn't realize until a couple of years of taking these laxatives that Senna was in pretty much everything I was taking!

I ended up having trouble going. It just made my constipation worse in the long run, because I didn't realize that the ingredients in them were bad for me.

But, I will say that just because I am a fan of Oxypowder, doesn't mean it will necessarily work for you. It worked well for me, when it came to helping me have a bowel movement. I did the intial cleanse, and that helped alot. I wouldn't say that it "solved" my problems, but it definitely "helped" my situation.

The Oxypowder site gave ALOT of detailed information about the ingredients in oxypowder, plus an informative FAQ's section. I would suggest you look over some of that, just because it will give you better insight about your overall options.

Why'll both sides make good points. I think the best route for you would be to read over some colon cleansing reviews and then go and read each product website. It would also probably be wise to go talk to a Gastroenterologist about this as well.
