HI,
I accidentally ate a tiny piece of aluminum foil last night (probably the size of a grain of rice). How can I get the toxins out of my body and push the foil through my system? I'm feeling kind of sluggish and stupid this morning and my lymph nodes are swollen and painful. I'm a little worried...
