Theoretically, I don't see what the problem with this would be. But two things I would add:
1. Do regular chelation until you are certain that you have everything out. This typically takes years if you are mercury toxic. Problem here is that it is difficult to tell exactly when all the Hg has been pulled.
2. 3x100 mg seems a bit overboard. I believe I linked earlier to a product that has 10 mg ALA along with 10 mg Acetylcarnitine. I would look into something like this once a day.
If they made ALA in really small doses, like 1-5 mg, you could probably take it every day instead of doing chelation rounds. But it would take many more years to remove the Hg than doing it via an every 3 hour, 3 days, 4 days off strategy.
