Yeah I totally agree. Although I must say, Curezone in general has CONFUSED me to no end. Kind of why I'm wanting to give MH's teachings a shot for a good while. If you read carefully you will notice its all pretty straight forward and makes sense. For now I have my sights set on some basics. Quit smoking, get a water distiller, do some salt baths and eat more fruit. That's simple enough for me and I doubht will worsen my condition. Who knows what iodine would do to me at this point, my body feels so fragile.
