Hi,
it is not because to avoid gelatin. The reason is because in tablettes I can split them and get smaller amounts. If I can find capsules with small amounts it is ok :)
I've made two rounds with ALA alone and I've get headache, and now I want to combine ALA and DMSA to reduce side effects.
