Just like to ask how long you fasted? and was that water only?
I am slowly coming round to the view (after reading other posts and forums) that Liver & Gallbladder cleansing is very very useful and that Water Fasting isn't the answer to everything. I have never believed it to be a panacea for all ills, but only as a first choice against disease/illness.
Any abuse to the body such as alcohol and cigs will take their toll eventually and I am glad to hear you are improving in health.
Although a Natural Hygienist, I am always open to what I come across as new ideas (to me) and am fascinated by testimonials such as yours.
